A4 10th Birthday Networking Over Coffee
On 23 April 2023 it was 10 years since the rebrand from Shannon Wrigley & Co to Accounted4. We celebrated this anniversary with the local business community by hosting a Cambridge Business Chamber Networking over Coffee, complete with balloons, cupcakes, coffee and great conversation.
Our Leadership Team introduced our team and spoke about A4's positive culture; the driving force of our business success.
It was a great morning had by all, and a wonderful celebration of everything we have achieved over the past 10 years and before. We are excited to see what the next 10 years will bring!

The A4 Team Big Day/Night Out
The A4 BIG DAY OUT! In April the team headed up to 'the big smoke' aka Auckland, for an action packed day / night of fun and good quality team building.
We started the day off with Go-Karting at Hampton Downs, and then headed to the Auckland Botanical Gardens for a lovely picnic lunch that we collected en route from our clients at Robert Harris Taupiri. Next stop was checking into our hotel then heading out to dinner at The Lodge Bar followed by a great night out at the Exponents Concert held at the Auckland Town Hall.
A huge shout out to Xero for making our 'Big Day Out' possible with the incredible prize money that we received for winning the 'Xero NZ People's Choice Award'.
Grant Turns 65
Happy Birthday to Grant who has just turned 65! We celebrated in the office with donuts and balloons. Congrats Grant, enjoy all the perks of that shiny new Gold Card!
Congratulations Larissa - Our 12th Chartered Accountant
Huge Congratulations to Larissa who has just passed her CA, making her the 12th Chartered Accountant in our team! Well done Larissa on this accomplishment, you are a super star!
Sam is now on Parental Leave
Our lovely Sam is now on maternity leave until late February 2024. All the best with baby number 2 Sam. We cant wait to meet the new arrival and we look forward to welcoming you back into the office next year!
Pink Shirt Day
As you will know by now, we love to support a good cause here at A4. On Friday the 19th of May we all wore PINK to join the 'Speak up, Stand Together and Stop Bullying' movement.
Any little thing we can do to be kinder to others and to ourselves is a step in the right direction!

Welcome Tammy
Introducing Tammy, our vibrant, bubbly temporary Receptionist who some of you may have had the pleasure of meeting already.
Tammy lives in rural Waikato with her partner and 2 girls. In her spare time, outside of work, Tammy coaches her daughter's junior netball team, shifts cows on her 'farmlet' and enjoys catching up with friends over a glass of vino.
Fun fact - In a past life Tammy owned a clothing store in Te Awamutu called Ruby Rose.

We are so proud of Katie and Larissa for being 'Employee of the Year' finalists at the Waipa Business Awards. The directors, along with Chris S, Katie, Larissa and their partners enjoyed a great night out with fellow Waipa businesses at the awards evening.
