Here at Accounted4 we are looking forward to the summer holidays and a well deserved break for our team who have worked hard over this past year. Recently we held a Strategic Planning day out at Karapiro where we discussed as a team our goals for the next financial year and we also looked forward to the future, 5 and even 10 years down the track. It is important to include the whole team in these days so that we are all on the same page and are working towards a common goal together – after all that’s what great teams do! Next year on April 23rd we will be celebrating our 5th anniversary as Accounted4, so it is exciting to look to the next 5 years and see what we can achieve. We always find the Christmas and summer holidays help everyone to reflect on the year that’s been and prepare for the (great!) year ahead.
