Sharon Barnett
Sharon was bought up on a dairy farm in Stratford, Taranaki and her family moved here to farm at Roto-o-rangi in 1979. She started work at Shannon & Wrigley & Co as a school leaver in 1983, in the building where Tarbutt Optometrists are now and before our existing building was even constructed.
She left the firm to travel overseas. On returning to NZ she studied at Wintec and has a NZ Diploma in Business. She worked for a private company in Hamilton for several years before the family of three children came along. She returned to Accounted4 in 2006 when her youngest child started school. That child has just left school and all three children are now studying at Tertiary Institutes.
Sharon works with a broad range of clients in different industries, and with her farming background particularly enjoys the farming and horticultural work.
