We are a team of 30 dedicated people who are committed to helping our clients reach their personal, lifestyle and business goals.

We feel that people do business with people and being authentic is an important element of our uniqueness. Our clients know they can trust us to take care of their needs in a professional, credible and friendly manner.

Within our team we have created a supportive, family-friendly, inclusive fun culture. We put our people first as they are just as important as our clients and we encourage them to be the best they can be.

Our Management has a focus on supporting our people through professional development opportunities within the business. The professional development training encompasses regular webinars and courses through CAANZ,  NZPPA and other relevant organisations, in house training on systems and procedures, structured (yet fun!) team meetings, and strategic planning sessions inviting open discussion.
